Ingredients For pancake perfection
1 1/4 c
whole egg, beaten
How To Make pancake perfection
Mix all ingredients until combined.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter into hot, buttered skillet. When bubbles stop popping (and create holes), flip.
When underside is lightly browned, remove. Repeat steps 2 & 3 until batter is gone.
Serve hot with butter and/or your favorite syrup or fruits.
