This was my mother-in-law-to-be's pancake recipe. I have never had better pancakes in my life!

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 - whole egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
How To Make pancake perfection

Step 1Mix all ingredients until combined.

Step 2Pour 1/4 cup of batter into hot, buttered skillet. When bubbles stop popping (and create holes), flip.

Step 3When underside is lightly browned, remove. Repeat steps 2 & 3 until batter is gone.

Step 4Serve hot with butter and/or your favorite syrup or fruits.
