Ingredients
- 1 1/4-11/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 - egg
- 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil or melted butter
- 1- cup chocoate chips
- 11/2 cups blueberries and strawberries
- - chocolate sauce, whip cream and syrup
How To Make pancake cupcakes !

Step 1Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2Make a well and add all the rest of the ingredients together until you have a smooth batter. Lightly butter or spray a cupcake pan and fill half way with batter. Cook for twenty minutes in a 350 degree oven.

Step 3Let them cool for a few minutes and take each one and carve out the top so that the centre can hold all the fruit and yummy toppings. Fill it with the fruit and put the top back on it and put the whipping cream and other healthy toppings on. Enjoy. It is so easy to make.
