Ingredients

  • 18 - frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 5/8 ounces package vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine (melted)
  • 1/2 cup pecans

How To Make overnight caramel rolls (breakfast)

  • Step 1
    Place rolls evenly in teflon-lined or greased 12-cup fluted tube pan
  • Step 2
    Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over rolls
  • Step 3
    Combine pudding mix and brown sugar; sprinkle half of mixture over rolls
  • Step 4
    Pour remaining butter over rolls
  • Step 5
    Sprinkle with remaining pudding mix/brown mixture
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle with pecans
  • Step 7
    Let rise 8 hours or overnight at room temperature (or in cold oven)
  • Step 8
    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 1 coffee cake.
