- 18 - frozen dinner rolls
- 1 5/8 ounces package vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine (melted)
- 1/2 cup pecans
How To Make overnight caramel rolls (breakfast)

Step 1Place rolls evenly in teflon-lined or greased 12-cup fluted tube pan

Step 2Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over rolls

Step 3Combine pudding mix and brown sugar; sprinkle half of mixture over rolls

Step 4Pour remaining butter over rolls

Step 5Sprinkle with remaining pudding mix/brown mixture

Step 6Sprinkle with pecans

Step 7Let rise 8 hours or overnight at room temperature (or in cold oven)

Step 8Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 1 coffee cake.
