    frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 5/8 oz
    package vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
  • 1/4 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    butter or margarine (melted)
  • 1/2 c

How to Make Overnight Caramel Rolls (Breakfast)


  1. Place rolls evenly in teflon-lined or greased 12-cup fluted tube pan
  2. Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over rolls
  3. Combine pudding mix and brown sugar; sprinkle half of mixture over rolls
  4. Pour remaining butter over rolls
  5. Sprinkle with remaining pudding mix/brown mixture
  6. Sprinkle with pecans
  7. Let rise 8 hours or overnight at room temperature (or in cold oven)
  8. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 1 coffee cake.
