  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup half and half cream
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 8 slices cinnamon bread
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

How To Make orange french toast

  • Step 1
    in a shallow bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. dip both sides of the bread into egg mixture; let soak five minutes place in a 16 by 12 by 1-inch baking pan, cover and refridgerate at least 8 hours.
  • Step 2
    uncover; drizzle with the butter and bake at 325 degrees f for 35 to 40 minutes or until browned. serve
