How to Make Only 1 Belgian Waffles
- Beat egg with hand beater until fluffy; beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth. Grease a heated belgian waffle baker
- pour batter into baker starting in the center until it is thinly covered. careful not to over fill.
- Cook waffles until puffed and dry around edges. Most bakers have a timer and the light will go off when the waffles are ready
- Serve with butter, maple syrup, whipped cream, fresh strawberries, blueberries, sliced kiwi, peaches, etc.
