Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup milk
- pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
How To Make only 1 belgian waffles

Step 1Beat egg with hand beater until fluffy; beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth. Grease a heated belgian waffle baker

Step 2pour batter into baker starting in the center until it is thinly covered. careful not to over fill.

Step 3Cook waffles until puffed and dry around edges. Most bakers have a timer and the light will go off when the waffles are ready

Step 4Serve with butter, maple syrup, whipped cream, fresh strawberries, blueberries, sliced kiwi, peaches, etc.
