Long - time southwesterners, we like just about anything wrapped in a tortilla. I expecially like this one pan idea taught to me by one of my friends from south of the border. Also like the yogurt topping twist.

Ingredients
- 1 15oz cans refried beans
- 1 4oz. cans diced green chilis
- 6 - eggs
- 3/4 cup salsa ( i prefer green)
- 6 - 8 - inch flour tortillas
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 bunch cilantro
How To Make one pan breakfast burritos

Step 1Use a 12 inch frying pan for this recipe ( I prefer stainless steel) combine beans and chilies in frying pan, stirring often, heat until hot.

Step 2Combine beaten eggs, onion, 3 T. of the salsa and chopped cilantro.

Step 3push beans to one side of the pan. pour eggs into cleared area and stir often until scrambled. 3-4 minutes

Step 4meanwhile, warm tortillas. Spoon mixture evenly in the center of the tortillas. Serve, seam side down, on warm plates. Place a bit of the yogurt across the middle of ewach burrito. Serve additional yogurt and salsa on the side. Garnish with a wedge of the small limes, and sprig of cilantro
