oatmeal cookie pancakes
These are soooo good! They don't even need syrup! **Note** If the pancakes are too hard to flip, add a little more flour to make them firmer.

Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- dash nutmeg
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 - really ripe bananas, mashed up
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
How To Make oatmeal cookie pancakes

Step 1In a large bowl mix first 8 ingredients.

Step 2In another bowl mix next 4 ingredients.

Step 3Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.

Step 4Fold in mashed bananas and raisins. Stir in melted butter.

Step 5Heat a non stick pan over med-low heat. Spray with cooking spray or melt additional butter.

Step 6Cook pancakes, about a 1/3 c. at a time, until bubbles form on top, then turn. Cook about 2 min. on each side.

Step 7Serve drizzled with maple syrup or honey!
