How to Make Norwegian Waffles
- Combine flour, baking powder and cardamom in a small bowl. In a large bowl, cream 1/2 stick of softened butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix after each addition. Melt remaining butter. Alternately add sour cream and melted butter. Slowly mix in dry ingredients until well blended. To cook, follow directions for your waffle maker.
