Mix all igredents well and add enough water to a light batter consistency. Pour in med-hot pan or on griddle and turn when bubbles form around edges and in center--cook until golden!! THIS MAKE APPROX. 10-15 MED-LARGE PANCAKES-IT DEPENDS ON THE CONSISTANCY OF THE BATTER AND HOW BIG YOU WANT THEM-BUT I SOMETIMES MAKE LITTLE TINY ONES FOR THE LITTLE KIDS THESE ARE ABOUT THE SIZE OF A HALFDOLLOR!!! THEY LOVE THEM.THESE ALSO KEEP VERY WELL IN THE FRIG.FOR 3-4 DAYS.
