Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons cream
  • 2 cups diced mushrooms
  • 3 small mini peppers (sliced thin)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach ( chopped)
  • 2 cups mexican blended shredded cheese
  • - salt and pepper (to taste)
  • TOPPINGS
  • - salsa
  • - sour cream

How To Make mushroom veggie cheese omlete

  • Step 1
    In small sauté pan add 1 teaspoon coconut oil mushrooms and 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt cook on medium till mushrooms have cooked down.
  • Step 2
    Mix eggs and cream together, spray large sauté pan pour egg mixture into pan cook on medium till set, add sliced peppers, mushrooms, and spinach. top with 1 cup of cheese, fold in half top with more cheese.
  • Step 3
    Serve with toppings
