2 cdiced mushrooms
3 smallmini peppers (sliced thin)
1 cfresh spinach ( chopped)
2 cmexican blended shredded cheese
·salt and pepper (to taste)
How to Make Mushroom Veggie Cheese Omlete
- In small sauté pan add 1 teaspoon coconut oil mushrooms and 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt cook on medium till mushrooms have cooked down.
- Mix eggs and cream together, spray large sauté pan pour egg mixture into pan cook on medium till set, add sliced peppers, mushrooms, and spinach. top with 1 cup of cheese, fold in half top with more cheese.
- Serve with toppings
