- 4 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons cream
- 2 cups diced mushrooms
- 3 small mini peppers (sliced thin)
- 1 cup fresh spinach ( chopped)
- 2 cups mexican blended shredded cheese
- - salt and pepper (to taste)
- TOPPINGS
- - salsa
- - sour cream
How To Make mushroom veggie cheese omlete

Step 1In small sauté pan add 1 teaspoon coconut oil mushrooms and 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt cook on medium till mushrooms have cooked down.

Step 2Mix eggs and cream together, spray large sauté pan pour egg mixture into pan cook on medium till set, add sliced peppers, mushrooms, and spinach. top with 1 cup of cheese, fold in half top with more cheese.
