- 10 cups rolled oats
- 5 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/2 cups dry coffee creamer
- 2 1/2 cups oat flour (rolled oats processed fine a food processor)
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- ADD THE FOLLOWING FOR PANCAKES, WAFFLES & BAKED OATMEAL
- 3 cups of the above mix
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups water
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons oil or melted butter

Step 1COMBINE THE OATS, SALT, COFFEE CREAMER, OAT FLOUR & THE SUGAR IN A LARGE BOWL.

Step 2STORE THIS MIXTURE IN A LARGE AIRTIGHT JAR.

Step 3TO MAKE OATMEAL: SCOOP OUT 1/2 C OF MIXTURE PER SERVING & ADD TO 1 CUP OF WATER IN A SAUCEPAN. ADD ANY DESIRED STIR-INS SUCH AS FRESH, DRIED OR DEHYDRATED FRUIT, ETC. SIMMER UNTIL MIXTURE THICKENS.

Step 4TO MAKE PANCAKES, WAFFLES OR BAKED OATMEAL. SCOOP OUT 3 CUPS OF OATMEAL MIX & ADD 1 TSP BAKING POWDER & COMBINE. IN A BLENDER OR BY HAND, COMBINE THE EGGS, WATER & OIL OR MELTED BUTTER. COMBINE THE 2 MIXTURES. ALLOW TO SIT IN FRIDGE FOR ABOUT AN HOUR TO SOFTEN THE MIXTURE AND FOR THE LIQUID TO BE ABSORBED. STIR BEFORE USING.

Step 5FOR BAKED OATMEAL: USE AS IS OR ADD DESIRED STIR-INS. SCOOP INTO WELL GREASED MUFFIN TINS OR BAKING PAN. BAKE AT 350' UNTIL SET.

Step 6FOR WAFFLES AND PANCAKES: USE THE MIXTURE AS IS TO PREPARE THEM OR BLEND THE MIXTURE SMOOTH IN A BLENDER FIRST AND THEN USE TO PREPARE WAFFLES OR PANCAKES.
