How to Make Morning bisquets
- Preheat oven 400°F (205°C)
Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Add oil and milk and stir it fast with a fork. When almost incorporated, you can finish with hands.
- Roll out the dough up to half an inch high, and then cut it with a rounded cutter (you can also use a glass-wine glass)
- Place them in a baking tray leaving some space between (they don´t grow too big). Also you don´t need to put parchment paper, because of the oil in the dough they won´t stick.
- Bake for about 15-18 mins or when turning gold outside.
Leave them to cool a bit (maybe 15 mins) and you can serve warm with butter and jam.
