Ingredients
- 4 cans biscuits
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins
- ICING
- 1/2 pound cream cheese
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1 pound powder sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
How To Make monkey bread

Step 1Preheat oven 350 and grease a 9-10 inch pan.

Step 2Mix white sugar and cinnamon in medium size plastic bag. Cut the biscuits in halves or quarters. Place 6-8 biscuit pieces in the sugar/cinnamon mix. Shake well.

Step 3Arrange pieces in the bottom of the greased pan. Continue layering until all the biscuits are coated and in the pan. Place raisins among the biscuit pieces.

Step 4Melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Boil 1 minutes. Pour over biscuits.

Step 5Bake biscuits 35 minutes. Remove biscuits from heat and let cool 10 minutes. While biscuits are cooling, make the icing.

Step 6Icing: Beat cream cheese and butter. Slowly add powder sugar. Once all the powder sugar has been added, mix for 12 minutes. Mix in vanilla and lemon juice. Pour over biscuits and enjoy.
