1Preheat oven 350 and grease a 9-10 inch pan.
2Mix white sugar and cinnamon in medium size plastic bag. Cut the biscuits in halves or quarters. Place 6-8 biscuit pieces in the sugar/cinnamon mix. Shake well.
3Arrange pieces in the bottom of the greased pan. Continue layering until all the biscuits are coated and in the pan. Place raisins among the biscuit pieces.
4Melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Boil 1 minutes. Pour over biscuits.
5Bake biscuits 35 minutes. Remove biscuits from heat and let cool 10 minutes. While biscuits are cooling, make the icing.
Beat cream cheese and butter. Slowly add powder sugar. Once all the powder sugar has been added, mix for 12 minutes. Mix in vanilla and lemon juice. Pour over biscuits and enjoy.
