This recipe has been passed down for unlimited generations. Even the picky eaters love them. I'm submitting this in honor of my mother who passed away in December 2010, and my grandmother who passed in 2002. I love them both, Happy Mother's Day!

Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vinegar, white distilled
- 1 teaspoon vinegar,white distilled
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- - no soda no vinegar
How To Make mom's pancakes

Step 1Whisk eggs and milk

Step 2Sift flour, salt,baking powder,soda & sugar together Whisk all

Step 3Whisk in oil and vinegar

Step 4While whisking ingredients, heat griddle or skillet until a drop of water sizzles.

Step 5Scoop or pour circles (kids like LARGE) onto hot surface.

Step 6When bubbles appear on top flip over to other side.

Step 7Serve Hot with syrup, jelly, cream cheese, or Chocolate syrup.
