These were the only pancakes we ever had when I was little, the 1st time I ever ate in a cafe I had pancakes. When they came to the table I asked the waitress where are the pancakes? I knew this was not pancakes cause what we called pancakes were so thin that you roll them up with a fork.

Ingredients For mom's skinney pancakes

  • 2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 2
    eggs
  • milk
  • oil
  • pinch
    salt

How To Make mom's skinney pancakes

  • 1
    Put flour in a mixing bowl, salt, egg and enough milk to make a thin batter
  • 2
    put enough oil in bottom of pan to cover
  • 3
    I use a soup laddle to take batter from bowl to the pan.
  • 4
    When done spinkle with sugar and roll up with your fork then put sugar on again. Or if you like syrup forget the sugar.
