A recipe that my mom served us when I was a child. They are so delicious. She always served them with her very popular choke cherry homemade syrup.

Ingredients
- 6 - eggs, separated
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons real butter
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
How To Make mom's german pancakes

Step 1Beat the egg yolks with the sugar

Step 2Add flour and milk and mix together

Step 3Beat the egg whites to a soft peak

Step 4Fold egg whites into the yolk mixture

Step 5Pour batter onto a hot greased grill until golden brown on both sides.

Step 6This Batter also makes delicious waffles.
