Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 - egg
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
How To Make mom's favorite pancakes

Step 1In a large mixing bowl, sift together your dry ingredients.

Step 2Make a well in the center of your mixture, then add in your egg, butter, & milk. Mix until smooth.

Step 3Pour batter (about a 1/4 cup size per cake) over a preheated, greased pan or griddle (medium heat). If you find your pancakes to be a little thin, pour a spoon sized amount of batter in the center of your cake prior to flipping!

Step 4Once your edges are just golden - flip your pancake over. Cook on the remaining side until golden brown.
