My children loved french toast and chocolate so I combined the two and it was a favorite. Now I cook it for my 9 grandchildren as much as poosible. You can subitute any flavor creamer you like.

Ingredients

1 cup chocolate creamer
1 - egg
4 - slices of bread
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- butter, cold
- powdered sugar

How To Make mimi's chocolate french toast

Step 1

mix creamer, egg and vanilla together

Step 2

Soak bread slices in mixture
Step 3

Melt butter in pan and cook french toast till crispy on both sides
Step 4

Dust with powdered sugar and serve with more butter and syrup. Enjoy
