Ingredients
- 12 slices jalapeno jack cheese, divided
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- butter, softened
How To Make mexican style breakfast grilled cheese

Step 1Chop 4 cheese slices into small pieces.

Step 2Add chopped cheese to eggs and set aside.

Step 3Saute bacon and green onions in butter until onions are translucent.

Step 4Add egg and cheese mixture; cook, stirring over medium heat until eggs are set.

Step 5Remove from heat and keep warm.

Step 6Butter all slices of bread on one side. Place 4 slices of bread, buttered side down, in clean skillet.

Step 7Top each with one slice of cheese and an equal amount of scrambled eggs.
