How to Make Mexican cornmeal

Step-by-Step

  • 1Bring milk, water and salt to a boil.
  • 2Whisk in cornmeal.
  • 3Add butter, whisk about 4 minutes, until thickened.
  • 4Serve in bowls, and top with your choice of black beans, fresh salsa, and/or grated cheddar.
