How to Make Mexican cornmeal


  1. Bring milk, water and salt to a boil.
  2. Whisk in cornmeal.
  3. Add butter, whisk about 4 minutes, until thickened.
  4. Serve in bowls, and top with your choice of black beans, fresh salsa, and/or grated cheddar.
