How to Make Mexican cornmeal
- Bring milk, water and salt to a boil.
- Whisk in cornmeal.
- Add butter, whisk about 4 minutes, until thickened.
- Serve in bowls, and top with your choice of black beans, fresh salsa, and/or grated cheddar.
