Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup sugar in the raw
- 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
How To Make matcha green tea muffin (gluten free)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper liners.

Step 2Whisk together sugar, egg, oil, almond milk and vanilla.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients and mix well to combine.

Step 4Spoon batter into muffin pan.
