  • 1/2 c
    almond flour
  • 1/2 c
    coconut flour
  • 1/4 c
    gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    almond milk
  • 1/3 c
    sugar in the raw
  • 2 Tbsp
    matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda

How to Make Matcha Green Tea Muffin (Gluten Free)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. Whisk together sugar, egg, oil, almond milk and vanilla.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well to combine.
  4. Spoon batter into muffin pan.
  5. Bake 20 - 25 minutes.
  6. Let rest in pan 30 minutes. Cool before serving.
  7. Enjoy!
