Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar in the raw
  • 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

How To Make matcha green tea muffin (gluten free)

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper liners.
  • Step 2
    Whisk together sugar, egg, oil, almond milk and vanilla.
  • Step 3
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well to combine.
  • Step 4
    Spoon batter into muffin pan.
  • Step 5
    Bake 20 - 25 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Let rest in pan 30 minutes. Cool before serving.
