This recipe will make about 10 cups. I guessed at the measurements because when I make it, I just dump each ingredient one at a time and mix as I go. The measurements are ballpark and you should adjust to your own taste after you make it a time or two. Notice the picture of small balks on plate is made by using the geanola and mixing in peanut butter and raisins.

    coconut shortening extra virgin organic

    cream of coconut

    flax seed ground
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts ground

  1. Dump oats in ungreased baking pan, add coconut shortening, mix with hand until completely mixed into oats.
