maggie's homemade granola
This recipe will make about 10 cups. I guessed at the measurements because when I make it, I just dump each ingredient one at a time and mix as I go. The measurements are ballpark and you should adjust to your own taste after you make it a time or two. Notice the picture of small balks on plate is made by using the geanola and mixing in peanut butter and raisins.

- 8 cups oats old fashioned rolled
- 1 cup brown sugar light
- 1 cup bran, unprocessed
- 1/2 cup coconut shortening extra virgin organic
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup flax seed ground
- 1/2 cup walnuts ground
