Ingredients

  • CREPES
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1 cup corn starch
  • 1/4 cup baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • FILLING
  • 1 cup Kimchi, chopped
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • EGGS
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0 - salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

How To Make kimchi crepes with fried eggs

  • Step 1
    Mix the ingredients for the crepes.
  • Step 2
    Add oil to a crepe pan or large skillet. Cook the crepes one at a time. Pour half the crepe batter onto the crepe pan and swirl to make it thin and cook until the edges are brown.
  • Step 3
    Carefully turn over. Top with half the bacon, kimchi, and bean sprouts. Fold and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Repeat the same steps with the second crepe.
  • Step 5
    Fry the eggs in oil.
  • Step 6
    Place on top of the crepes. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with basil.
