1 call-purpose flour

1 crice flour

1 ccorn starch

1/4 cbaking powder

1 Tbspgranulated sugar

4 lgeggs

2 Tbspfish sauce

1 Tbspolive oil
- FILLING

1 cKimchi, chopped

4 slicebacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cbean sprouts
- EGGS

2 Tbspfresh basil, chopped
How To Make kimchi crepes with fried eggs

1Mix the ingredients for the crepes.

2Add oil to a crepe pan or large skillet. Cook the crepes one at a time. Pour half the crepe batter onto the crepe pan and swirl to make it thin and cook until the edges are brown.

3Carefully turn over. Top with half the bacon, kimchi, and bean sprouts. Fold and cook for 3 minutes.

4Repeat the same steps with the second crepe.

5Fry the eggs in oil.

6Place on top of the crepes. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with basil.
