Ingredients
- CREPES
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup corn starch
- 1/4 cup baking powder
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- FILLING
- 1 cup Kimchi, chopped
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- EGGS
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 0 - salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
How To Make kimchi crepes with fried eggs

Step 1Mix the ingredients for the crepes.

Step 2Add oil to a crepe pan or large skillet. Cook the crepes one at a time. Pour half the crepe batter onto the crepe pan and swirl to make it thin and cook until the edges are brown.

Step 3Carefully turn over. Top with half the bacon, kimchi, and bean sprouts. Fold and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 4Repeat the same steps with the second crepe.

Step 5Fry the eggs in oil.

Step 6Place on top of the crepes. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with basil.
