This recipe came from my sister-in-law, but I added the cinnamon. If possible, always make this in a cast iron frying pan. The bottom gets a nice crust and it looks absolutely beautiful when you take it from the oven. Happy Cooking!!!!!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 2 - eggs
How To Make japanese pancake

Step 1melt butter in a 10 inch cast iron frying pan. You can do this in the oven.

Step 2mix the rest of the ingredients and add to butter in pan. do not stir

Step 3cook in the oven at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

Step 4Then serve with maple syrup or confectioner's sugar on top.
