impossible quiche
This recipe is so old, it is on an old fashioned recipe card! When my daughter was little, she scribbled on top of the card. That makes it not only a great recipe, but holds a great memory.

Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 can shredded swiss cheese (4 oz)
- 1/3 can chopped onion (original recipe omitted, i don't)
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup bisquick
- 4 - eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How To Make impossible quiche

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion over bottom of pie pan. Place remaining ingredients in blender on high for 1 min. Pour into pie plate. Bake 50-55 min. Let stand 5 min before cutting.
