    ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 pkg
    (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 8 slice
    oat bread
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2/3 c
    evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 c
    sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 c
    fresh rasberries
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar

How To Make i,m so full french toast

  • 1
    in a large skillet coated with cooking spray, saute bananas with brown sugar, stir in vanilla extract. in a small bowl, beat cream cheese till smooth. add banana mixture; beat well. spread on four slices oat bread, top with remaining oat bread. in a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla. dip sandwiches on both sides in egg mixture.

    in a large skillet, toast sandwiches in butter for 3 min on each side or until golden brown. meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine the strawberries, raspberries and sugar ; heat through. serve with french toast; sprinkle with sugar. ummmmmm
