How to Make Honey Butter Sweet Potato Hash
- 1Preheat oven 350.
- 2Place sweet potatoes in a large bowl.
- 3In a small bowl whisk together ghee and honey. Pour over sweet potatoes; toss to coat. Spread out on a cookie sheet; bake 10-15 minutes. Make sure not to burn.
- 4Heat remaining ghee in skillet over med-hi heat. Add eggs, season with salt and pepper and scramble. Stir and cook 5 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve with hash and bacon.
