My grandmother made this during the depression and she used this recipe to make her famous grapnut pudding recipe too. (I will post it one of these days).

How To Make
Mix all dry ingredients well. Add the sour milk and stir well. Bake one hour at 325-350 degrees. Break into small pieces and continue baking until brown and crusty. Cool, grind through a food grinder.
