I love granola! It brings back fond memories, a comfort food my grandmother and I used to enjoy for breakfast as cereal or in a fruit and yougurt parfait. But these days, who can afford it?! When my sister came to visit and mentioned she loved granola, I decided to make my own. Although it needs some time and attention in the oven, the actual prep time is pretty minimal and the ingredients are simple, basically everything you would use to make a good bowl of oatmeal. Hope you enjoy as much as we did!
