- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk add water up to 3/4 cup

Step 1Sift flour then add other dry ingredients

Step 2Then cut in 8 tlbs of butter until it resembles course meal . Little pebbles . :)

Step 3Then add you evaporated milk and water mixture . Mix together

Step 4flour your surface and rolling pin so that it doesn't stick

Step 5Then knead your dough a few mins

Step 6Cut out with biscuit cutter or you can use a glass cup

Step 7Place in a nonstick pan snuggled together

Step 8Place in a preheated oven @ 400*

Step 9Bake for 12 to 15 mins until they are lightly brown
