My step daughter goes nuts for my biscuits . Try this recipe you won't be disappointed . Soft and fluffy !

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk add water up to 3/4 cup
  • HOME-MADE BISCUITS

How To Make homemade biscuits

  • Step 1
    Sift flour then add other dry ingredients
  • Step 2
    Then cut in 8 tlbs of butter until it resembles course meal . Little pebbles . :)
  • Step 3
    Then add you evaporated milk and water mixture . Mix together
  • Step 4
    flour your surface and rolling pin so that it doesn't stick
  • Step 5
    Then knead your dough a few mins
  • Step 6
    Cut out with biscuit cutter or you can use a glass cup
  • Step 7
    Place in a nonstick pan snuggled together
  • Step 8
    Place in a preheated oven @ 400*
  • Step 9
    Bake for 12 to 15 mins until they are lightly brown
