Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons flax meal
  • 2 tablespoons sugar alcohol
  • 1 scoop whey-to-go protein
  • 1 1/2 cups 100% egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

How To Make high protein peanut butter crepe

  • Step 1
    Mix flax, protein, cinnamon, and alcohol sugar together in a small bowl.
  • Step 2
    Mix in egg whites until texture is slightly thinner than pancake mix.
  • Step 3
    Heat a medium size pan on stove top using non-stick cooking agent of your choice (I use safflower or peanut oil), wait until the crepe is semi-firm, then flip and cook till golden brown.
  • Step 4
