- 2 tablespoons sugar alcohol
- 1 scoop whey-to-go protein
- 1 1/2 cups 100% egg whites
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Step 1Mix flax, protein, cinnamon, and alcohol sugar together in a small bowl.
