    flax meal
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar alcohol
  • 1 scoop(s)
    whey-to-go protein
  • 1 1/2 c
    100% egg whites
  • 1 Tbsp
    natural peanut butter
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon

How to Make High Protein Peanut Butter Crepe

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix flax, protein, cinnamon, and alcohol sugar together in a small bowl.
  2. Mix in egg whites until texture is slightly thinner than pancake mix.
  3. Heat a medium size pan on stove top using non-stick cooking agent of your choice (I use safflower or peanut oil), wait until the crepe is semi-firm, then flip and cook till golden brown.
  4. Spread peanut butter on 1/2 of the crepe, then fold gently.
