How to Make High Protein Peanut Butter Crepe
- Mix flax, protein, cinnamon, and alcohol sugar together in a small bowl.
- Mix in egg whites until texture is slightly thinner than pancake mix.
- Heat a medium size pan on stove top using non-stick cooking agent of your choice (I use safflower or peanut oil), wait until the crepe is semi-firm, then flip and cook till golden brown.
- Spread peanut butter on 1/2 of the crepe, then fold gently.
