How to Make Healthy Applesauce Pancakes
- In a medium bowl stir together flour and baking powder. Stir in applesauce, buttermilk, and egg whites.
Coat griddle with non-stick cooking spray. Use 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook about 1 1/2 minutes on each side or until done. - Each pancake is 68 calories, 1 mg chol., .4 m fat, 2 gr fiber, 133 mg salt, and 3.3 gr protein. Weight Watcher's point value is 1 point per pancake.
