- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup non-fat buttermilk
- 2 - egg whites lightly beaten

How To Make healthy applesauce pancakes

Step 1In a medium bowl stir together flour and baking powder. Stir in applesauce, buttermilk, and egg whites. Coat griddle with non-stick cooking spray. Use 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook about 1 1/2 minutes on each side or until done.
