Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats, steel-cut
  • 1 cup coconut milk, light, unsweetened
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons coconut, unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup almonds

How To Make healthy almond joy oatmeal

  • Step 1
    In your crock pot, combine the oats, coconut milk, almond milk, coconut flakes & cocoa powder & whisk until the cocoa powder is well incorporated into the milk.
  • Step 2
    Cook on low for 4 - 5 hours, or until liquid is completely soaked up by the oats.
  • Step 3
    3.When finished, stir in the almonds, allow to cool & serve.
