- In a frying pan, heat the fat.
- Stir the flour, pepper, and salt into the potato and press it down firmly into the pan.
- Add the milk.
- Brown the potato slowly, allowing 30 minutes for cooking.
- Turn it out as an omelet is turned, and serve hot.
