ham, cheese, and egg sliders
I love these. They are fun and easy for breakfast, but most of all, they taste wonderful.

If you're serving a crowd or have a big family, these ham, cheese, and egg sliders are a delicious breakfast option. It's an easy way to make a large batch of breakfast sandwiches. Ham, cheese, and eggs are layered between sliced Hawaiian rolls. The rolls are brushed with a tangy melted butter mixture. Once baked, the cheese melts and becomes gooey, while the bread slightly crisps. Use your favorite type of cheese. We opted for Colby Jack, but American or cheddar are also good options.

Ingredients
- 12 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons butter, divided
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1-3 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1-3 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 12 packages rolls, I use Hawaiian bread rolls
- 8 slices ham, thinly sliced
- 8 slices cheese
How To Make ham, cheese, and egg sliders

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. F. For the eggs, add 1 Tbsp of butter to a skillet to melt.

Step 2Whisk a dozen eggs in a bowl.

Step 3Pour into a skillet. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4Stir constantly until the eggs are scrambled and fully cooked.

Step 5Melt the remaining 3 Tbsp of butter. In a small cup or bowl, whisk together melted butter, poppy seeds, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.

Step 6Put a small amount on the bottom of the pan. Then set it to the side.

Step 7Take a package of rolls. Slice down the middle then put the top of the rolls to the side.

Step 8Add a slice of ham to each roll.

Step 9Add a slice of cheese to each roll.

Step 10Then top with eggs.

Step 11Place the top of the rolls back on. Brush the remaining sauce over the rolls.

Step 12Bake for 20 - 30 minutes.
