I've had this recipe since the early 80's and it never fails. Great for brunches and is even good at room temperature.

Ingredients
- 2 cans (4.5 oz each) diced green chiles
- 1 pound monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1/4 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
How To Make green chile crustless quiche

Step 1Preheat oven to 400F. Grease a 9x13 baking pan.

Step 2Combine chiles and cheeses in a small bowl, then pour into the prepared baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, dry mustard, flour and baking powder. Pour over the cheese mixture.

Step 3Bake for 15 minutes, then turn the oven temperature down to 300F. Continue baking for 20 more minutes and remove from the oven.
