Ingredients
- 15 cups old fashioned oatmeal (not quick cooking)
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/3 cups canola oil
- 1 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups almonds, slivered
- 1 cup dried cranberries
How To Make granola

Step 1Pour one large container of Old fashioned oatmeal into a large bowl. Add 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar. Mix together well. I use my hands to mix it well.

Step 2Mix together oil, honey, salt, vanilla and add to oatmeal and brown sugar. Mix well. Add almonds and cranberries. Use whatever nuts and add ins you want.

Step 3Bake for 15 minutes at 250*.
