I think my dad used pancake mix but from time to time my daughter has had to adapt the recipe cause we had to use what we had to get yummy results. Here's our simple pancake recipe.

Ingredients For grandpop/ missy's pancakes

  • 2 c
    bisquick or pancake mix
  • 1 c
    any yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    milk

How To Make grandpop/ missy's pancakes

    Mix all dry ingredients in bowl add eggs and milk stir til blended add water til desire consistently.

    Put oil in your pan make sure it's hot use ladle or pitcher to pour batter into pan

    Add 3 to 4 blue berries or as many as desired. flip when browns on edges.
