Don't remember where I got this but I can never eat just one. Perfect for brunch.

Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How To Make good 'n' easy popovers

  • Step 1
    Mix above Ingredients together. Heat oven to 450 degrees Grease 12 muffin tins or popover pan
  • Step 2
    Beat eggs slightly; add milk, flour, and salt. Beat until smooth. DO NOT OVER BEAT. Fill cups 1/2 full. Bake at 450 for 25 minutes. Then lower temperature to 350 degrees. for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Step 3
    Remove and serve hot with butter and jelly. Enjoy
