gluten free turkey sausage and cheese biscuits
I cook for my Sunday School Class each week, and with dietary restrictions of some, I am always trying to come up with good Gluten Free items. Came up with this one and even the non-Gluten Free members love it! Moist and tasty, it is easy to make and reheats well in the microwave!

Makes 24-26 biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 cups bisquick gluten free mix
- 1/3 cup shortening
- 1 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup turkey sausage crumbles
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make gluten free turkey sausage and cheese biscuits

Step 1Heat oven to 400 F.

Step 2Cut shortening into mix, using fork or pastry blender, until particles are size of small peas.

Step 3Stir in remaining ingredients until soft dough forms.

Step 4Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake approx. 15 minutes or until golden brown.
