Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    butter melted; add to above dry ingredients
  • 1 c
    butter
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    cinnamon
  • 2 c
    powdered sugar (glaze starts here)
  • 5 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How to Make Glazed Coffee Cake - Steph

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix above dry ingredients and then add the 1/2 c. melted butter. Put in 9 x 13" pan.
  2. Mix the following: 1 c. butter, 1 c. brown sugar, 2 T. flour, and 2 T. cinnamon; mixture will be crumbly. Drop over the cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let cake sit for 10 - 15 minutes and then add the glaze.
  3. Glaze: 2 c. powdered sugar, 5 T. milk, 1 t. vanilla. Mix well and pour over cake. ENJOY!!!
