- Mix pancake batter following directions on package. Shred all fruit and veggies together and blend into the batter. Any fruit can be used but these make great colors and since I am up before the kids they have no idea what is in them. I will also sub out juice for the water and add a pack of apple cider mix (powdered) to give it a little spice in lieu of the strawberries,
