- 6 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups flour

Step 1Mix eggs and milk in a blender. Slowly add in the flour while still mixing. Blend 2-3 minutes.

Step 2Put half a stick of butter (1/4cup) in cast iron skillet and place in preheated oven.

Step 3Once butter has completely melted tilt skillet around, spreading butter, then pour batter into skillet.

Step 4Cook at 325F for 40-45 minutes.
