Ingredients
- 6 teaspoons sunflower oil
- 2 - large eggs
- ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 150 grams plain flour
- 400 grams milk
- 12 - uncooked cocktail sausages
- 6 slices streaky bacon
- 12 - cherry tomatoes, halved
How To Make full english breakfast popover

Step 1Preheat the oven to 230 degrees C. Add ½ tsp sunflower oil to each hole of a 12 hole muffin tin and place in the oven to preheat.

Step 2Add the eggs, salt, pepper, flour, and milk in a mixing bowl.

Step 3Mix 15 sec/speed 6.

Step 4Set mixing bowl aside to rest. Meanwhile, fry the sausages and bacon in a frying pan on the hob until browned. Once cooked, cut bacon slices in half.

Step 5place mixing bowl with rested batter back into position and mix 5 sec/speed 5.

Step 6Carefully pour into the hot tin, distributing evenly between the 12 holes. Top each with a piece of bacon, a sausage and 2 cherry tomato halves. Immediately return to oven and bake for 20 minutes (230°C) until well risen. Serve immediately.
