Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 6 ounces orange marmalade (or apricot)
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped (or other nuts)
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cans (10 oz ea) hungry jack buttermilk biscuits
- 1 stick butter, melted
How To Make fruity monkey bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a tube pan with the butter. Drop marmalade in by teaspoons evenly around bottom of pan. Sprinkle evenly with nuts.

Step 2Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Dip the biscuits in melted butter, then coat in sugar mixture one at a time. Stand biscuits close together in the pan, in two rows.

Step 3Sprinkle any leftover sugar or butter over the top. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown.

Step 4Let cool for 5 minutes, then invert pan onto a plate.
