Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 6 ounces orange marmalade (or apricot)
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped (or other nuts)
  • 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cans (10 oz ea) hungry jack buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 stick butter, melted

How To Make fruity monkey bread

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a tube pan with the butter. Drop marmalade in by teaspoons evenly around bottom of pan. Sprinkle evenly with nuts.
  • Step 2
    Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Dip the biscuits in melted butter, then coat in sugar mixture one at a time. Stand biscuits close together in the pan, in two rows.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle any leftover sugar or butter over the top. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Step 4
    Let cool for 5 minutes, then invert pan onto a plate.
