- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries

Step 1In a medium saucepan stir together the quinoa, milk, water, cinnamon, and salt. Bring to boiling over medium-high heat; reduce heat.

Step 2Simmer, covered, about 15 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.

Step 3Stir in pecans. Top each serving evenly with fresh berries and sweeten as desired.
