Ingredients
- 1/2 - loaf unsliced day old french bread
- 2 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 large ripe banana(mashed)
- 2 tablespoons brandy (or one teaspoon brandy extract)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 - butter for frying
- 1 large banana sliced
How To Make french toast with brandied bananas

Step 1Cut bread on the diagonal into thick slices.Combine the milk,eggs,cinnamon,mashed banana,brandy and vanilla.Soak the bread in mixture for 1-2 minutes per side.

Step 2Heat frying pan and melt enough butter for frying. Cook soaked bread until crispy and flip over.Cook other side till crispy. Serve hot with powdered sugar,maple syrup,and banana slices on top.
