Ingredients For french toast souffle

1loaf of cinnamon raisin bread ( or 6 cups of stale cut up bread )

4eggs

1/2 stickbutter, melted

1 1/2 cmilk
-
1 cbrown sugar
-
1/2 cdark brown sugar
-
1 cchopped pecans
-
1 cshredded coconut ( optional )
How To Make french toast souffle

1preheat oven to 350 chop all bread to big chunks place in casserole dish,

2whip up eggs milk 1 c brown sugar, vanilla & 2 tlbs of melted butter , pour over the bread and smoosh down to soak it all up

3bake at 350 for 30 mins remove from oven , sprinkle with coconut

4mix up remaining butter sugar and pecans , spread over the whole cooked dish

5put back in oven for 10 more mins , serve warm
