2- tbsp melted shortening

1 cup flour,sifted

1/2 tsp. salt

2 tbsp. each of baking powder, sugar
How To Make fluffy hot cakes

1Beat all ingredients until smooth. Bake on a griddle until fluffy and brown. Turn only once.
