with any pancakes mix you can add blue berries,apples, peaches.what ever you have a taste for, have tried them all. YUM! can also sprinkle with powder sugar when pancakes or finished. or top with flavored butter and syrup.

white vinegar

2 Tbsp
white sugar
1 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
sea salt
1 large
organic brown egg
2 Tbsp
melted butter
1/2 c
chocolate chips can also use blueberries, strawberries

How to Make Fluffy chocolate chip pancakes

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine mil with vinegar in a medium bowl and set aside for about 5 minutes . combine flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  • 2whisk egg an butter into milk, pour the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and whisk until lumps are gone. gently fold in chocolate chips.
  • 3heat a large skillet or griddle and coat with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto griddle, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. flip with a spaatula, and cook until browned.
  • 4enjoy with some bacon or sausage. and a cup of coffee and orange juice.
